Order Delivery Information
Orders placed before 10am are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 10am may be dispatched the same day or the next working day.
Delivery estimates apply from the date your order is dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please contact us for authorisation before returning any items. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Cannabis Seeds
You may exchange an unwanted item for a replacement or store credit of equal value, provided the item is still sealed and in its original packaging.
We cannot exchange or replace any item if the packet has been opened. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available on cannabis seeds.
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent via recorded delivery, and the tracking number must be emailed to us.
Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement where appropriate.
Discreet Packaging
All Silver Leaf orders are packed securely and discreetly. We use plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Your parcel will not display Silver Leaf branding on the outside.
