4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

General Returns

Please contact us for authorisation before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cannabis Seeds

You may exchange an unwanted item for a replacement or store credit of equal value provided the item remains sealed and in its original packaging.

Opened seed packs cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Due to the nature of the products sold, refunds are not available on cannabis seeds.

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

• Items must remain sealed and in original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the difference must be paid.
• Returns should be sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days so that we can arrange a suitable replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Stealth Packaging

Where stealth packaging options are selected, we may need to remove seeds from breeder packaging in order to package them securely and discreetly.

For larger stealth options, we will retain original breeder packaging wherever possible, subject to space limitations and order size.
