How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen products to your basket and proceed to checkout. You can place an order as a guest or create an account to earn Silver Points and access additional account features.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest if you prefer. However, creating an account allows you to earn Silver Points, view your order history and enjoy member-only benefits.
How do I create an account?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of the website and select "Create an Account". Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you instructions to create a new password.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard returns policy will apply.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you created an account, you can view your order status by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders". You will also receive email updates as your order progresses.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 10am are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 10am may be dispatched the same day or the following working day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are: Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–5 working days Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no Silver Leaf branding visible on the outside.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that ordering and possessing cannabis seeds is legal in their country before placing an order.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the issue and advise on the next steps.

How do free seeds work?
Every order includes at least one free seed, automatically added to your order at no extra cost.
How many free seeds will I receive?
The number of free seeds you receive depends on the value of your order. Generally, the more you spend, the more free seeds you'll receive.
What free seed strains do you include?
We regularly rotate our free seed selection and aim to include popular, high-quality genetics from our range.
Can I choose my free seeds?
No. Free seeds are selected by our team based on availability and current promotions.
What happens if a free seed strain is out of stock?
If a planned freebie is unavailable, we'll substitute it with a similar strain of comparable quality and appeal.
How do I earn Silver Points?
You can earn Silver Points by creating an account, placing orders, subscribing to our newsletter, leaving product reviews, referring friends and participating in other eligible promotions.
How do I redeem my Silver Points?
Once logged into your account, you'll have the option to redeem available Silver Points during checkout. Every 100 Silver Points is worth £1 in discounts.
What are Silver Points?
Silver Points are our loyalty rewards programme. You earn points through purchases and selected account activities, which can then be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return cannabis seeds?
Cannabis seeds may only be returned if they remain sealed, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened seed packs cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Any eligible return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery...
Do you offer refunds on cannabis seeds?
Due to the nature of the products sold, refunds are not available on cannabis seeds. Eligible unopened items may be exchanged for a replacement or store credit of equal value.
How long do I have to return an item?
Any eligible return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used or altered after delivery.
Do I need authorisation before returning an item?
Yes. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrives damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service when returning items.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept a range of payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.

Yes. We accept cryptocurrency payments. Simply select the cryptocurrency payment option during checkout and follow the instructions provided.

When will payment be taken?
Payment is normally taken at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
My card payment was declined. What should I do?
Please check that your billing details match those registered with your card provider and ensure sufficient funds are available. If the issue continues, you may wish to contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Bank transfer is available as a payment option. Instructions will be provided during checkout if you select this method.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
In some cases this may be possible if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll advise what options are available.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?

No. Germinating or cultivating cannabis plants in the UK without the appropriate licence is illegal under current legislation.
Do you provide growing advice?
No. We do not provide advice on germinating, cultivating or growing cannabis. Any information on our website is provided for educational, historical or product differentiation purposes only.
Can I order cannabis seeds from outside the UK?
In many cases, yes. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that ordering and possessing cannabis seeds is legal in your country before placing an order.
What happens if cannabis seeds are illegal in my country?
You should not place an order if cannabis seeds are prohibited in your country. Silver Leaf accepts no responsibility for orders that breach local laws or regulations.
Can Silver Leaf refuse or cancel an order?
