How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen products to your basket and proceed to checkout. You can place an order as a guest or create an account to earn Silver Points and access additional account features.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest if you prefer. However, creating an account allows you to earn Silver Points, view your order history and enjoy member-only benefits.
How do I create an account?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of the website and select "Create an Account". Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you instructions to create a new password.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard returns policy will apply.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you created an account, you can view your order status by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders". You will also receive email updates as your order progresses.
